Pricing

If you're asking for a theme that I may have little or no experience drawing, I will tell you upfront so you can make an informed decision!Take a look at my Twitter to get a feel for what I usually draw.

General Process

To make an inquiry, shoot me a DM on Twitter. I will get back to you and send you a form!
Once we’ve agreed to move forward with your commission, I will send you an invoice via PayPal.
I’ll inform you once I start working on the commission. I’ll also send you a preliminary sketch once it’s ready and inform you again once I start working on the final artwork.
I offer free revisions, once during the sketch phase and once upon completion of the artwork (only minor edits for the latter, though). Minor edits can include things such as adjusting the background colour or a character’s expression.
Please keep in mind that the time it will take me to finish your commission will vary depending on the scope of the project as well as general scheduling/life. As a rule, I’ll aim for 2-3 weeks (beginning with starting work on the sketch). If I’m aware it’s going to take longer for any reason, I will inform you right away.
By default, final commissions are saved as PNGs, at full resolution and will be sent out digitally via email.

The artist (that's me!)

I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
I retain full copyright for all personal commissions.
I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion, such as posting it to my social media and/or portfolio. If you’d like your commission to be kept private/anonymous, please note this down in the form.

The commissioner (that's you!)

All commissions are for personal use only. This includes icons/headers, posting it to your social media, and printing it out for personal use/display.
You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, such as selling merch or prints, or NFTs.
You may not alter or modify the artwork without prior permission. Resizing or cropping the artwork for the purpose of using them for social media icons/headers is okay – ideally tell me about it ahead of time so I can accommodate this though!
You may not use the artwork to train an AI to generate other artwork.
You agree to credit me when due.

Payment and refund policy

All payments are done via PayPal. I will send you an invoice.
If you need to cancel your order and I have not yet started working on the commission, you will get a full refund.
If I have already started working on the commission by the time you cancel your order, I will try to give you a partial refund. This may depend on the level of progress on the individual artwork.
If I need to cancel your commission for personal reasons, I will provide a full refund.
